Following the introduction of Aswaab's law in October 2025 mould is in the spotlight. Our senior technician holds the international IICRC AMRT qualification (Applied Microbial remediation Technician) and is a BDMA Tech
At FLOWWOLF we conduct detailed Damp and moisture surveys to identify the true source of a problem.
Mould removal isn't enough - find out why its growing in the first place. Simply cleaning mould might make a home look better for a while but if you don't fix the cause it will always come back. Mould growth is usually a symptom of a deeper issue such as excess moisture, leaks or poor ventilation. At FLOWWOLF we specialise in mould inspection and remediation helping homeowners and landlords identify why mould is forming before it spreads further. Our qualified specialist use advanced moisture testing and building diagnostics to uncover the root cause. By addressing the source of the problem we provide long term mould prevention and not just a temporary clean up.
This was bathroom that had suffered an ingress of water. On initial inspection we identified that there was trapped moisture behind impervious materials.
Following investigations and the removal of the vanity unit heavy mould growth and deterioration
of plaster board was seen. Further strip was required to assess the inner block work
We set up containment to prevent the further spread of mould spores whilst we worked and prevent unauthorised access
We use an air filtration system in this case the power filter 1000 H class to ensure a safe working environment
We use the air particle counter to provide accurate and reliable air measurements of air quality and ATP testing to evidence real time cleanliness verification
In this particular case we did a full strip out to enable full assessment and structural drying.
